We transformed the EmployBridge martech stack from a disconnected data abyss to a revenue-driving acquisition engine.

EmployBridge EmployBridge is one of the world's leading staffing agencies, helping over 450K light industrial workers find jobs each year. Their 30-years of experience are a huge competitive advantage, but also comes with outdated, unoptimized legacy technology and internal systems, making it impossible to see and act on first-party data and limiting their ability to acquire new candidates. Our DVCP revealed two outsized impact areas: customer data and retargeting campaigns.
A data-driven acquisition engine.
First, we set up precise user tracking with the Segment CDP, using PowerBI and SQL to better understand the customer acquisition funnel. Next, we connected Segment to ad retargeting systems within Google and Facebook and built a custom analytics dashboard to view and act on data in real time. Finally, we developed marketing campaigns using our new data and connections, creating a tech-powered candidate acquisition engine that drove revenue growth by lowering acquisition costs and increasing acquisition rate.
