But like a lot of B2B brands, they never focused on innovating the way they engage and attract customers, relying on dealers to tell their product stories, or making customers search through product PDFs to understand the impact that better water can have on their lives.


Instant answers and automated actions.
So we developed Cullie, the first ever AI-powered chatbot for water, providing immediate answers and product recommendations for every question a customer could have about their water, as well as the ability to schedule an appointment directly from the chat interface. We trained Cullie on existing product materials, requiring no additional work from Culligan and providing an innovative way to explore products from a brand built on innovation.
